Some of our classes take place in heated studios reaching approximately 40–45°C, while others are warm or unheated.
If you are unsure whether a heated class is suitable for you, please speak to a member of our team before booking.
For all hot classes:
- A towel that fully covers your yoga mat is required.

Please ensure you stay well hydrated before, during and after your class. Drinking water is available to purchase at Reception.
Your Health & Safety
Your wellbeing is our priority.
Before participating, please tell your instructor about any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or anything else that may affect your ability to take part safely.
Our instructors may refuse participation if they believe it would be unsafe for you or others.
Our classes are designed to be inclusive and suitable for a wide range of abilities. If you have a disability or require adjustments, please let us know before class so we can support you wherever possible.
A first aid kit is available at Reception.
